Live from Glasgow
We were in Glasgow for COP26, the biggest climate conference organized by the United Nations Climate Secretariat, UNFCCC.
The COP26 summit brought parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement. While this is a very important leadership meeting of many heads of States, policy makers, and government officials – we think that there are new concepts, ideas and moonshots needed for a better tomorrow.
We have a chance to bring diverse minds for cross-pollination of ideas that help us shape desirable futures – before this decade is out. We need future foresight and new pathways to inspire innovators, curious minds, and architects of the future.
Futur/io was live with a special edition Wake-Up-Call on day one of COP26. We hosted foresight and moonshot thinkers to shine a light on how we can imagine desirable futures for our planet. We shared the voices of the people and their pledges for Before This Decade Is Out – our purpose-driven mission. In addition, we published an expert white paper, as an invitation to co-create a new understanding of leadership as we venture into this planetary metamorphosis of the Anthropocene.
