A curiosity-driven dreamer and ever the keen observer, Maurizio likes to discover and understand differences in people‘s lifestyles and cultures. He‘s fascinated by how technologies impact our daily lives and their influence on society and cultures. Thanks to his dynamic personality, he has developed an important network of international connections.
In 2005, Maurizio and his partner Riccardo co-founded H-FARM to pioneer the startup industry in Italy and Europe. As Co-CEO of the listed holding company, he focused on international relations.
He is also an executive member of the VATC – Vatican Art & Technology Council, an organization chaired by Arianna Huffington, and made up of a selected group of senior technologists and art experts from around the world, and is a member of KIN, the Kellogg Innovation Network. It’s a worldwide innovators community of innovators collaborating with the Northwestern Kellogg School of Chicago.
